Our services include:

• Whole Genome Sequencing
• Exome. Exome sequencing is a strategy for selectively sequencing the codifying regions of the genome.
• Targeted Resequencing using capture probes or amplicon sequencing (long-PCR or short-PCR).
• Transcriptomics or transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) allows us to analyse RNA to classify the whole transcriptome, both codifying and non-codifying.
• miRNAs. The application of NGS in the study of miRNAs allows us to identify new miRNAs and determine their expression profile.
• Metagenomics. NGS is a highly efficient tool for analysing species that form part of a certain environment, both by sequenincing variable regions (16S rRNA in bacteria) and the whole sequencing of the metagenome.
• ChIP-Seq, for studying DNA-protein interactions.
• Library sequencing. Sistemas Genómicos also offers the possibility to sequence libraries obtained by the customer.
